not sure about the drinking... but let us know what happens.
as for the sweet potatoes, I just poke some holes in them and bake them at around 350 till they are soft...or quicker ( but probably less nutrients ) just poke some holes and toss in the ol' microwave for a couple min.. mine LOVE them!
