I've been successfully breeding gliders for about 2 years now. I had tried a "leadbetters mix" and the gliders had more fun throwing between cages. I have found that my gliders enjoy Stage 3 baby food chicken and veggies, turkey and veggies, etc. mixed with baby food rice cereal until it's clumpy. A lot less ends up on the floor, and if you are only feeding one or two gliders you can store it in the jar for about 3 days.
