Subject: Gliders undercoat different color

I've noticed that the gliders at local
pet stores(diet and housing suprsingly good,Toronto)
have an undercoat that is orangy tan in color.
My gliders don't have this coloration. Is this a sign of maturity or is this unique to certain gliders?
