it was supposed to read i can't afford to rescue them...
i called the CT animal control office and the office incharge of this area wasn't in and only deals with this during working hours... i left a voice mail and am praying she gets ahold of me monday.....just wish i could have done something tonight......that is the only aggency in the area that will handle this from what i was told.
