I have been in personal contact with Pa, game commision regarding the legalities in Pa, in the STATE, they are legal, there is some sticky areas regarding buying and selling, but that has nothing to do with whether they are legal to own. You have had your glider a long time, contact the game commission and explain to them your fears. You will probably find out there were some other cicumstances regarding the monkey. Maybe the legality of it.. but you need to get her to a vet. get on the phone and call them, then immediatly get her to a vet. The draft I am sure is going to be the factors here. that and the colder temps, make pneunomia a real factor here. They do not handle any stress or illness well at all. On my state restrictions page is a contact for the fish and game for PA, as well as the issues regarding the laws. Don't take anyones word for anything without checking with the source first. Be sure you get names and numbers, of the people you speak with on this issue. GOOD LUCK, and keep us posted..
