: If you find that ice cube trays don't work as well as you'd like. Make the Leadbeaters, pour into your container, I use shallow tupperware so that it is a nice thickness 1", freeze the mixture then microvwave for 10 sec. this softens it but doesn't make it lose its shape, then i cut it into proper sizes and refreeze, just pick out a couple pieces and serve frozen.
