Hi Nikki!
If you want to feed your glider mealworms and still want to avoid touching those wrigling things, I suggest you get yourself a pair of tweezers. Just be sure to use a round tip tweezer, because a sharp pointy tweezer can accidently poke your glider when they pounce.
