now I've got a question- to pick up or not to pick up? I picked her up tonight,and she struggled, but didn't crab, nip or bite me. Can I start picking her up right about now?
I don't see why not. She will always be a little uncomfortable with new behaviors and your picking her up is something new to her. I would continue to go slowly but yes pick her up and love on her, pet her, talk to her softly, help her to learn that touch is a good thing.
