: Only one of our gliders will bark at a time. We currently have have six in one group. 3 males and 3 females. If you are in the room with them When one barks you will see the others freeze in place until the one quits barking.
Mine as well did this I have 4 of my own, I had recently had a rescue in my home in a different room. the racket they all made about the third night, The rescue would bark then a couple in the other room would bark. they went back and forth like ythat for about an hour. I alwys figured it was story telling, Betsy and I noticed that , like you, when 1 barked the others froze, and listened intentivly. So I figured they were asking him questions and he was answering.. Another time I had my male glider and my beagles barking one after the other. That lasted about an hour.
