That is a neat concept to consider. I still think that they are telling stories. Mine only bark one at a time (usually a female). All the others freeze and listen. Even if the barker pauses - somehow they know it's not finished and still do not move.
I really wish I was privvy to what was being said. It reminds me of Indians chanting . . .
I am one of the few that do not think they bark when sad.
