In Texas you have to deal with state law, county law and
municipality law. While they are legal on the state level
some cities may/can ban them. Check with your local animal control
officer for a copy of your city's animal code.
You must be USDA licensed to Breed with the intention of selling
or giving away any of the offspring of your breeder pair.
