Subject: worried about nutrition

I notice my gliders aren't interested in certain foods, and these foods are what I found to be the most in calcium, lowest in phosphous. So I'm now worried about a lack of calcium - would it be a good idea to get the crickets? (egad). The breeder said it wasn't necessary, but the yogourt and cheese and tofu is remaining untouched no matter how or what I mix it with to entice them. Even yogourt isn't working anymore. They love the fruit and little bit of kitty food and could drink a gallon of apple juice, but I know this isn't all that healthy for them. Please advise!
