ok what i found to work GREAT for crickets.....(seeing how i can't touch them myself) is a small glass fish bowl.....like the ones the pet stores have the beta fish in.....the glass is smooth so the crickets can't get out,,,but the gliders and get in and get the ugly little buggers...the only thing with this is make sure the bowl is secured to something so it won't tip over......also when you get the crickets (my pet store puts them in a plastic bag) put alittle calcium powder in the bag and shake it coating the crickets...this is only needed if they don't seem to have enough calcium in their diet already or you want to find a different way to give it to them.......you can pour the crickets right from the bag into the bowl...never having to touch them......what i do is let a couple of the crickets out on the floor so teh gliders and feel like they are hunting them, seeing how that is how they get them that way in the wild. ( i have a room i can seal up ) ...well that is my opinion anyway...someone else out there might have a better way of doing it though....have a fine glider day.
