Im very sorry this happened to you. I have had gliders die in my hands like that and it is very upsetting. She could have had a number of problems, an Autopsy by a vet might have told something,but it needs to be done fairly soon after death. The dealer or pet store where you got the animal should refund or replace the animal. Many reputable breeders will replace an animal if it dies within 24 or48 hours of delivery. I hope you don't give up on sugar gliders because of this experience. I enjoy mine,and I know how helpless and frustrated I felt when 1 of mine died, dispite all the care the vet and I could give it.
