: Last night I stayed up as late as I could to watch the gliders. They were out playing, pretty rough I'd might add, even knocked a perch down. Anyways. Romeo was the most active. He would run around, and Juliet would sit perfectly still hanging upside down on the side of the cage. He would run up to her, lift her tail with his head take a quick sniff and run off. Sometimes he would stick around a while. Never saw them mate though. What do you think?
This sounds like normal play time for two very different gliders to me. When he begins his mating ritual you will see him trying to mark her with his scent glands, either the one on his chest or the one on the top of his head and she will either accept his advances or try to fight him off till another time. Then you might even get to see them mating.
