I see that some glider owners have difficulties handling live food for their pets. I have found a great and convenient way for housing and feeding crickets. As mentioned before by SlimBuddha, those plastic Critter Keepers are great. Some of the medium sized come with a punch-out hole on the lid. I punched out that hole and placed a cardboard tube through it long enough so it would stick out of the container. Because crickets will always go towards the dark the majority of them will find their way into the tube. Obviously the top part of the tube should be sealed. Whenever I need to feed my glider I just pull the tube out, shake the tube into the cage, and out pops one or two crickets at a time (depending on how hard you shake the tube). All that and I never touch the little critters.
Into my cricket hotel I put about two or three pieces of potatoes to provide water and a little dish with gut loader (A.K.A. Criket Food). I would recommend finding a place for them far away from your bedroom - they can get pretty noisy at night!
