my female was in heat and attacking my male,so i had to separate them for the night.now after one night of not being near each other,they are loving each other,she is jumping all over him and sharing food,i think she feels bad.lol

I understand,if she is like this next month,then I'm going to get him fixed,the thing is though,he is not following her around or trying to mount her anyways

Personally i think you should get him fixed...Breeding is hard enough with breeding rescues non lineaged gliders. It also sounds like she doesn't want to mate and that could leads to wounds etc.
