I try to download pics, its say error 36, I contactd admin but no response. Any idea?

From what I found the pic needs to be no bigger then 3 meg. Try PMing Eric or Kazko.

I think your pictures need to be resized. You can do that with HP Image Zone or any other photo-shop type program.
