If you're going to post info as fact, especially if it comes to things like diet or medical issues (and it's not general and common sense or knowledge), please post your sources. Not only do far too many post things they "read or heard" as fact, there are equal amounts of people that read it and believe it without even questoning whether or not it's true. Then, those people turn around and give that as advice and this is how so much wrong info gets spread around.
