does anyone know any good recipes that you can freeze or keep for a long time without it going bad?

You can keep just about anything in the freezer if it is packaged right. You have to get it as air-tight as you can to prevent freezer burn. This mean the real freezer bags, not just a zip-lock. There is even freezer paper for meat items especially. I recommend at least a double layer for things meant to be stored a month or more.
