As I have posted before, we have lost our beloved Daisy Mae and it left a hole in our hearts. Well not only did it leave a hole in our hearts, but it left one in Lilys, and we couldn't stand her moping around looking sad. So we got a new German short hair pointer puppy. Sorry Tisha not a Dane, but this chick bought this puppy on impulse than realized she couldn't keep it in a tiny apartment. So we need help with his new name. A couple of the names are in memory of Daisy.

Sorry, had to go out on the limb and vote for "Chaos". Really like the originality of that name. I have a Mini Schnauzer - "Kipper" and a Shih Tzu -"Guster". Good luck - finding the right name is difficult. |

WE were thinking that our poor baby was weaned to early, now we are pretty sure he was he was sleeping on the couch last night making sucking noises. Considering we were told from his second home he was only 6 weeks old. Poor baby. Good thing he has now found his forever home. |

Omg that little puppy face is so cute crazy4suggies. She doesn't really look like a pointer, but with that cute face it doesn't matter! Do you have any recent pics of her I would love to see them. |

My puppy's a german short haired pointer 2 but shes a mix!!! we got her from a rescue!!! Her name is phoebe here

A off topic kind of funny story. I had Ace and Lily (a boston terrier) outsiden today and guess who chased the bunny? It wasn't the hunting dog. LOl Daisy taught her well! |

awe how awesome of you to pay them a tribute! that is so sad. Beau was one of the names we came up with in tribute to daisy you know Daisy duke and beau duke! |

Good name. I was gonna vote for Chase as my dog is named Chase. Names are so hard! We were jokingly at first batting around the idea of naming him Bob - Bob Barker after a few martini's at our dinner out that started to sound like a good name. Thank goodness we then came up with Chase.

Chase is my son's name!! I'm sure many of you remember the Ok. City Bombing?! Well there was 2 boys (brothers) in the daycare on the bottom floor that were named Brandon Chase and that incident really stuck in my mind because of the daycare and when I finally had a baby of my own I decided to name him after those two boys.
Sorry off the topic I just thought I'd share that bit of info'

I'm sorry kyro I like Ace too, but there are some others I could have went with. My husband got stuck on Ace and that was it no convincing him other wise. Wait that same thing happened when we named our daughter! |
