I think when editing current articles we need to justify the changes.

All changes do need to be viewable and a comment why the change is made. It is common courtesy and also leads a great paper trail on the development of every article in the gliderpedia.

Also in editing, what does everyone else think of the following? These are my views & interpretations only but would like comments from everyone else.

A spelling error or adding/deleting a comma is fair enough.

Adding more comment or information is fair enough.

Changing one word to another that means the same, to me isn't fair enough unless there is a good reason for doing it (and then that reason would be in the adding comments section.)

Feedback sought here on this.

If you're just changing the wording you should select the "add to recent changes page" so it is UNCHECKED. I did not know this when I changed some pages for just some general word changes.

Thank you, Ko. I couldnt agree more.

It is SO important to put the reason WHY the article is being edited.
