In a few months, I am looking to get a pair of gliders. I have seen a lot of debate about what diet is the best for them, and as a first time mum, I wanted to give them the best life possible! What do you all feed your suggies? And how much per day etc? Thank you!

I feed side dish of pet-pro happy glider cereal (like pellets) small amount every 3 nights get new.

I get them treats of yogurt drops, dried mealworms and the best treat
and glider super favorite LIVE mealworms. The only glider that doesn't eat
live mealworms is one that hasn't eaten one yet.
but keep treats small, fatten stuff this is.

The trouble is, I live in the UK rather than the US, so this kind of option (Critter Love) is a bit difficult for me. After doing a bit of research, I managed to find a good diet, that here in the UK is recommended by all suggie owners. Im going to do a bit more research on this topic, and see if I can get all the ingredients etc.

I used the critter love diet. I only feed mine 1x at night. Sometimes, I will also give them pellet food with the meal but usually it is only veggies.

I am not sure how much it is per day as her salads usually are quite large. I wouldn't say it is too much though.
