The owner only fed her raisins aside from pellets and HPW before I got her at 9 weeks OOP. I introduced her to apples and she LOVED THEM. Once I gave her all kinds like kiwis, oranges, spinach, etc. she got super picky, but now that I've got her on The Pet Glider Fresh Diet, she won't eat fruits and vegetables at all. She would even rather eat the HPW and pellets! She'll eat raisins and dried papaya teats. Does she need to eat fresh fruit or can I give it mostly in smoothy form/ dried?

My understanding is that fresh fruit is best, followed by frozen and then dried. However, mixing fruit into a smoothie is not recommended because it forces them to ingest the fiber which they would normally spit out.
Gliders can be picky when it comes to fruits and veggies. They also go through stages of liking one thing but then wanting a change. In my case, my little one used to love blueberries. Now she won't touch them. Like you, apples seem to be a consistent favorite. The best idea is to give them a variety and hope they will find something they like.
I'm not familiar with The Pet Glider Fresh Diet and if it's something you leave in their cage all day. But one thing that has helped me is to offer them fruits and veggies at night without any other food in their cage. That way their focus is on just fruits and veggies.

most of our gliders we took in, took a few months to start eating fruits and veggies. Our newest one connor still doesn't touch the stuff but I give him a little each night anyway.
Our gliders will eat the HPW all up and lots of the veggies and some fruit and a few happy glider pellets.
