Can I freeze my fresh fruits into serving amounts and give them to my baby like I do the bmi mix? I'm asking because I buy the smallest amount of fresh fruits but they seem to go bad before he eats it all.

If I have fresh apples (they stay good in not winter time for a good amount of time.) I will cut one up and let them have fresh once in awhile.
but pears go bad fast.

IMPORTANT: during the freezing process about 18 hours, you should try to break them apart every 6 hours or so. this will keep them from becoming a solid frozen brick.

Thanks for the info; it was helpful
