So the yogurt I buy for BML made 2 seperate products recently, 1 container of yogury with whole milk and one container that is non fat. Which one is best for my gliders? I bought non fat but obviously will switch to the other if its better for them. Any help is appreciated.

I don't know about for BML specifically, but Full Fat plain yogurt is recommended by my vet and breeder and has worked well for me.
