Help!!! My glider has joeys in pouch about to be oop. Well a couple weeks ago a string git wrapped around athena. I was able tl get it off but today i noticed that a small piece of string managed to wrap around one of the joeys toes and now it is swollen but it is white NOT red. What do i do there is not a vet in a 2hr radius. Shes not bonded fully yet as I got her I got her on 2/16/18

Take the trip to the vet, have someone drive you and keep an eye on the baby. We had a similar situation, it lost all color we rushed to the vet but the Foot itself was already dead. They prescribed her pain meds and other meds for infections and gave us an amputation day, wrapped it up, should have had them amputate it right there and then because due to them wanting to wait she ended up losing her whole leg instead of just a foot... she’s great now, still has phantom limb, but still active and lovey.
