gliders stay crabby for awhile. it may take awhile to bond and get him to stop crabbing. In some cases there is always one glider that will crab in a colony, he is the alarm system. in our colony of six we have one that will crab from in the sleeping pouch. In our colony of 4 we have 2 that will crab IN the sleeping pouch. Once outside the pouch they see its you and stop crabbing. Our single glider is nice and starting to bond with us, but he is a wild crabber, very loud and long. We are putting him in with the 4 colony and hope he will slow down the crabbing. We feed the Ohpw diet. it has the Ohpw liquid with fruits and veggies. we have very little problem with runny poo. It could be from the stress of a big move to a new home that is totally different with totally different smells. but you do want to keep an eye on the potty, diarrhea is bad for gliders and can cause dehydration which is also bad. |
