My male sugar glider, (5 years old) has a small bump on his tail. It looks white-ish as far as I can tell and is about 3/4ths the way down. It doesn't seem to be bothering him much, but I want to make sure he's okay. I called the animal clinic, and they haven't gotten back to me yet, so I want to know if it's serious, and if I should call them asap tomorrow.

Hard to say. Sharing a photo might help. I do know they tend to break their tails rather easily. Maybe it got caught up in the exercise wheel.
