Hi there, How are your gliders doing?

feed them Ohpw or BML diet. Let them be if not human friendly or another
way to say it..don't go poking your fingers in their face. Let THEM come to
you.
treats go a long way to get them friendlier, yogurt drops. live or
dried mealworms. but bonding pouch also helps. some gliders easy to bond other
glider NOT at all easy to bond.

bigger the cage the better. great to have a glider safe place for them
to run around. tent/bathroom. walk in closet. I made a whole bed room glider safe. If you have a small cage, you need to let them out at night to have a chance to run around. buy a critternation double cage.

I love this cage, expandable, large door for easy access, but the bottom tray should be modified to be outside bottom bars. Petsmart usually carry this cage as all things living.

get little cups and plastic links to put in cage, 10 cups and put 6 treats in cups so they forage for food/treat.

they need a glider safe wheel, raptor or atticworx etc. High quality and safe
for gliders, many other wheels either dangerous or VERY dangerous. do NOT buy a
wheel at a pet store.

you need to cut their nails about every 2 to 3 weeks. Lots of videos on
youtube show you how, we hold with large fleece and hold out leg, second person
then cuts the tips off. This is something gliders usually don't like, but 2 seconds after they are back in cage they are fine, they won't hate you any more
then normal.

Gliders crab, some will do it and seem to never want to stop, others get friendly with you and stop crabbing. crabbing is fine, let them crab, don't "worry" that something is wrong, nothing is wrong.
