Is this behavior normal? I own two female suggies that are the same age and have lived together for over a year. They recently started this behavior, and it has me a bit concerned they may hurt each other. And, I was wondering the cause of it?

I googled but found little results. This isn't my video, but this does show the behavior!

Should I be concerned, or is this normal? Thank you!
