Hello everyone I have a question can you freeze fresh vegetables and fresh fruits for my babies as I need it each night or do I have to cut up fresh vegetables and fruits each night?

i buy gala apples, but was told they can eat any type apple. feed the gliders
like you would eat it. no seeds, skin ok. I buy live mealworms from pet store.
I buy dried mealworms from petstore or walmart bird feed section kaytee brand.
I bought yogurt drops from online, I think exotic nutrition but have read bad
things about some of their food. never bought from suncoast

I buy frozen veggies, bag of frozen peas, bag of frozen green beans, mixed
veggie bag, frozen butternut squash and 3 berries frozen bag. then mix them
all up and put in freezer. 2.5 gallons last my 6 gliders 2 plus weeks.
then I buy 2 bags of apples, 1 bag pears, and 1 papaya. I cut them up and put
in cutter that makes squares about 1/4 inch squares. I put in bag in freezer, then
MUST go back in freezer after 3 and 6 hours and shake and break them apart so they
don't freeze as one whole frozen block. As long as you do the breakup they usually
stay mostly separate. they are in 4 1 gallon freezer bags. Once frozen ( about
24 hours in freezer) I put them in tuperware and mix up. take out small portion each night.
sometime I will do the same with kale, cut up and freeze, but not all the time.
