I am concerned about the future health issues this joey might have, as mothers often sense sickness in the joey. Should I buy a joey that was rejected at birth?

I am ordering online and I only saw the picture and a video, so I can not determine the health of the joey as well.

Please help me out! I can nurture it, but I would prefer to not get involved in avoidable vet visits.
