I`m making a separate thread for this so as not to congest/confuse my original art topic. So please bare with me!

Thanks to Dizzysmom, limited edition prints of my artwork have been created! She plans to post later this evening (in order to further explain the process and additional details) but until then, the two available pieces are located at the bottom of this post for reference.

Being 'limited edition', only 30 of the first and 100 of the second will be available for purchase (standard 8X11 in size). Dizzysmom even furnished me with certificates of authenticity to include with each print!!!

Now, for the nitty gritty.

If you would like to acquire a print of your own, pricing will be as follows: $30.00 per print, plus $6.00 shipping and handling. I will be shipping priority mail (2 - 3 business days for delivery) and insurance and delivery confirmation are included in this cost. I love priority shipping! Just ask Rita - it delivers VERY fast! You are welcome to either post your interest here, in this thread, or send me a pm. I would prefer to deal in Pay Pal, for those who have it. For those who don`t - let me know, and we can work something else out!

Okay Folks - Just thought I ought to fill you in on the technical aspects of these prints. These are not printed on your run-of-the-mill desktop printer. They are produced on an extremely sophisticated (and extremely expensive) machine that was designed for the production of top quality limited edition art prints. The paper is high rag content, acid-free, archival, and also expensive. The inks are manufactured just for art prints, and are also acid-free, and archival, and - you guessed it - expensive. The resolution is sooo fine that it takes 8.5 minutes to print each and every one - I timed it. I'd venture to guess that if you were holding the original and a print side-by-side, you probably couldn't tell the difference.

Oh, and by the way, Mandy's work is worth every cent that she's asking for these. So, put those canes for whomping away the competition back in the closet, and just get one!! Just a thought ... they'd make fantastic gifts for fellow suggie lovers ...
