feed them in a glider kitchen. A little plastic container with a hole in it for them to enter and exit that you put a bowl of food in.

For all of you that have more than one cage...it is cheaper to purchase them here...but minimum you can buy is 6. however 6 for $13.68 is cheaper than 2 for $13.90.

items price total
6 $2.28 $13.68

***but the min order total is $50...just saw that***

I got ours at Big Lots. Dont remember what I payed. I got the small and medium one for travel cage and regular cage. More then one would be nice so you can be washing one while you have a clean one in the cage.

Wow that is nifty, I could practically buy a plastic container and have my husband make the hole(w/o the dangerous edges of course!). That is neat!

that is really cool but what it really means is that those 6 hanging food dishes that I just bought is for nothing and means that I really spent a ton more on the nifty ones..... ::sighs:: oh well.

I hung fleece behind the cage also so I could easily take it down and wash it. Plus, when they're outside of the cage, they like to climb on it. Double use. LOL

well it works great! I think that everyone could practically build this themselves instead of spending the extra money online :) Just get a plastic container, I got a 42 ounce and that seems to be enough room for 2 suggies. I did not have room to put the dish in but the plastic is dish enough :) Then you would probably need to poke two holes in the back to keep it from falling. All of the mess was contained :) Thanks for the great idea Ashaer!
