I don't have fleas, or even a dog or cat for that matter, but I saw this and thought it might help if someone does.

Have fleas in the house? Pour 1 ounce of vinegar for every 6 ounces of water into a spray bottle then spray carpets, rugs and floors to get rid of the adult fleas. (Again, test the carpet in an inconspicuous area to ensure the vinegar doesn't harm your carpet.) Wait one week, then spray again to get rid of the offspring.

haha I can't begin to imagine what it would smell like in someone's house but at least they wouldn't need to evacuate bc of flea bombs

I'm not sure just how well this acttaks and/or gets rid of fleas. But I use the eucalyptus leaves in the down of the gliders trays, with the paper over the leaves. Then when the leaves get real dried up, I crumbled the Euc. leaves up really good to vaccum the floor. If nothing else the place smells good for a grip.

I have two goldens, and we have had a major flea problem this year, Ive talked to others on oregon and they have also, we don't have carpet, and here is what i did and it got rid of them, i put a old pie dish on the floor with soapy water in it, and put a lamp next to it, I heard fleas will jump in and drown, well they did, but you have to keep them in water for over an hour, they can make somesort of air bubble and live for about an hour underwater. also to get rid of fleas on dogs/cats ive used capstar and program together and it works very well. look it up, they are in tablet form, kinda spendy but worth it.
