Yep, I just can't stay away. I luv that wonderful Miami gang so much that I drove down to visit with them again last Sunday. Roz was a marvelous hostess and she made me flle like I was family.

Now if you guys haven't looked at the pictures of Roz's back yard, you should. It is beautifly and peaceful and there is a waterfall with a pond that has thes HUGE fish in it. And she let me steal some of the coconuts that fell out of her trees for my flying squirrels.

We laughed and played and ate and I really didn't want to go home. Let's do it again next week. Same time? Same place? LOL

Hi all..Anita just got back from Lake Okeechobee..Joe & I left to go there (to our little lake home) for a few days R&R..Joe loves it there..quite, peaceful, laid back area... It is on the BIG lake so lots of bass fishing..the lake is so huge you can NOT see from one side to the other...looks like as ocean..water as far as you can see.

ANYWAY Anita thanks for the nice words...we love when you are able to come..I just can not get over your driving 4 hours down and then 4 hours back!!!!!!! I still think any glider owners that live near you should contact you and take a ride down with you next time you come..meet at a turnpike rest stop and ride together...

This was a small meeting which we knew it would be..but we had lots of fun..just sitting an talking glider chat, eating, opening our secret Santa gifts, eating, meeting your flying squirrel Bullet...so so so cute..never saw a real one, eating Homemade Chili, Pickadia (sp), over rice, cuban bread, Southern corn bread, Brie cheeze wrapped in pastry with cooked apple/nuts in a butter sauce, mexican dip with scoops and Cheese cake topped with strawberries/sauce.

I had made up party go home boxes for the suggies..with suggie toys and treats...Christmas wrapped with silver bows!!!

We did a Christmas craft...wood signs with Christmas designs placed on it..some came out very very pretty..these can be hung on the outside of the cage or tent for tent time. Most of us here do use Christmas Cage sets so it goes with our December cage theme.

Thank you Anita for the wonderful glider travel cage..we used it this week to take Chip, Dale & Snickers..just took them sleeping in their pouch..clipped the pouch to their new travel cage and took off...Everyone should check your web site and if they travel with their gliders should order one....mine popped their heads out to look around and see what was up.....they seemed very comfortable in it as they could look all around.

Rita if you ever come to Miami..plan to be here the 3rd Sun of the month..that is when we normaly have the meetings....we would love to have you come...you I know would love it. BTW have you seen the NEW Elvis duets CD....with him singing with some of todays famous country singers...Check it out..bought it yesterday at Walmart...only $11.98.
