Keep this new glider away from your other gliders. You should always quarantine for at least 30 days. Wash your hands before and after handling the new glider. Since you have a mommy with joeys in pouch, you cant take any chances.

The new glider needs to go to the vet as soon as possible. White/yellow poop is NOT normal and may mean parasites and/or bacterial infection.

White poo usually means coccidia - giradia or roundworm. It can also mean an bacterial infection in the intestines. Regardless, the glider needs to see a vet and be kept quarantined!!!

The glider is on a very poor diet and may have parasites and/or a bacterial infection. He needs to see a vet as soon as you can.

Tonight, make him a scrambled egg - no oil or seasonings. He really needs some protein. He also needs vegetables and fruit. Do you have any frozen veggies? If not, you can go to the store and buy a bag of mixed veggies that has green beans, carrots, peas and corn. Also, frozen or fresh fruit is good. Nothing canned and nothing with sugar, garlic, onion or salt.

If you have some BML made up - give him some of that. The BML is protein plus has the vitamins and calcium he needs.

Thrush can cause yellow/white poo, does it have kinda a sweet/sour smell.
other bacterial infections could also be the cause, some foods also cause it.
Either way a vet visit is needed to determine the cause.

Well, so far throughout the night his poop has gotten darker in color (leaning more towards the brown) im thinking that it was just due to the poor diet she had him on, she told me he was a picky eater but everything I gave him he devoured, and she said he didnt like worms. Bahaha I gave him a waxworm and he went nuts he loved it! Im going to see how today goes, if it doesnt keep getting better then he will go to the vet tomorrow. And yes they are in seperate rooms no worries! Thanks for the tips guys =)

He needs a wellness exam with fecals even if he does start getting better. Then you quarantine him for 30 days - then do another fecal. If his first vet visit goes well, it is then time to get him neutered. Gliders with unknown backgrounds should not be bred. After his neuter, you wait another 30 days before introductions start.

Yea I know, Im going to take him tomorrow. Rather than today (its sunday so id have to take him to an emergency vet) I was just trying to make sure it wasnt like a super emergency that I needed to take him immediately.

Ok. Yeah, I understand. I thought you meant you wouldn't take him at all if he seemed better. Glad you understand it still needs to be done, although perhaps not on E-Vet funds!

Usually with poo problems, unless there is blood involved - then it wouldnt be a super emergency.

With diarhea, you wait 24 hours and give fluids like pedialyte before seeing a vet.

If they are constipated, again you can wait 24 hours and give them a little pumpkin to see if there is an improvement. (real pumpkin out of a can - not pumpkin pie mix)
