I know that sugar gliders cannot have seeds from fruit. I read a recipe online about a fruit smoothie mix to make that includes raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries in it. Since you can't pick out seeds from these fruits are they okay to give to gliders?

The seeds they cannot have are apple seeds, grape seeds and pits like you find in apricots, peaches, plums etc.

The small berry seeds, the small seeds in "seedless" watermelon, vegetable seeds like cucumber & squash are all OK.

In general if it is a food that you eat the seeds then it is likely to be OK for gliders.
