Someone once told me you couldn't give citrus fruits to sugar gliders. But when I look on this list of fruits/veggies http://www.sweet-sugar-gliders.com/calcium_phosphorous_ratios_sorted.pdf lemon and orange peel are at the top (I know it says that those are high in oxalates, and that's not best) and lime, lemon, mandarine oranges, gragpefruit, etc. are also on the list. I was just wondering everyones opinion on them!
really? i didn't know about that one.. so how do you prepare it? surely you don't just place an entire egg into the cage haha. is it just part of a BML or similar mixture?
No, I put the whole thing in there. I have 5 gliders. They tear it apart and eat almost all of it. I feed LGRS suggie soup so I just add that for extra protein occasionally.
