Good Like they said, you'll need to get her on a good diet and give it a few months to see a difference. We have two boys that have staining because I was feeding the wrong veggies or too many of the wrong veggies. What they like isn't always what is best for them. Just like kids. They love chips, do you feed it to them everyday? No. I received a lot of help from viciousencounters here and I can relay some of her info to you if you need.

Most fur conditions will quickly sort themselves out once the glider is on a good diet. You'll be suprised how quickly. She still looks very stained but as you said you're still waiting on a proper diet for her.

Just curious, what size cage is she in there?x

I made my own cage accessories. It's really addictive and there is some gorgeous fleece you can buy!

Theres instructions on suz sugar glider website about how to make no-sew cage sets, I've done a few of these but i've also made some sewn ones with the help of youtube videos x

Where is the silicone in her cage? I don't think that is safe even after it sets - gliders will chew and could ingest it.

For what 20 yards of fleece cost you could have built a cage, you know..

No more hot dogs! just give her unseasoned chicken or eggs and she can even have some shrimp but that should be given very sparingly. Just try to give her 1tbsp fruits and 1 tbsp veggies with a protein source (chicken, eggs) while you are waiting to put her on a better diet :)

From the pictures of your cage, I see nothing that could stop her from getting to it - it is not glider safe. I would not put her in that cage...there are just too many safety issues with it aside from its small size. The tank flooding, brought up in another post, is really something to worry about along with the silicone and its hard to see, but I would also check what kind of mesh that is because it doesn't look like the typical meshes people use for reptariums/cages.

I agree, it doesn't look safe and it's made out of wood which will hold smell like you cannot believe. Try looking into a PVC cage, a lot of people make them and you can make a large six foot cage for around $100, less if you wanted something closer to the four-five foot range.

Don't forget to give her a little drizzle of honey with her chicken, she needs the complex carbs.

So glad your getting her on a diet, that is great! I think most of the peanut gallery including I still want to see her get a proper cage but in due time. I think all your efforts are very clever.

I use my pp cage as a travel cage. Its pretty roomie for a single glider and I had them in there till I got my huge cage. I know for a fact it isnt one of the toxic ones so if you want it you can have it. I know you said your vet is in Clarksville so if by chance you are headed to the vet anytime soon I could give it to you.

Here is a suggestion on the pellets until your staple diet gets here, I had to get my 1st glider a few days earlier than I planned and the HPW was on the way and I live in the middle of no where so all I could get was pellets my vet told me to measure out the pellets and soak them in baby juice w/o added iron and feed fruits and veggies with the pellets it got her by until the HPW got here

it sorta looks like green baby poop in a cup but she liked it she ate it for 3 days not all of it but I was giving her way too much fruits and veggies at the time until I realized I was giving her too much
