Yup.. I think its because they keep drying out. I don't have a green thumb at all. Cactus would be in trouble with me.

Put the seeds in a moist paper towel, put that in a zip lock. I kept mine in the window in the glider room (it's always at least 70 in there) until I got good sprouts, then transferred them to the little jiffy thing I posted. :)
