Well, it's decided. I will be getting another glider within the month. If only I can find one! lol
I've had Rue since Christmas and he's been a lone glider. I know the best thing for him is to get another. I didn't buy him on impulse, somebody I know bought him on impulse. Within two weeks they were tired of him and I took him in. If I would've thought it out for months, I would've got two. But I had to save this little guy, alone or not!
I need to get Rue a friend. I can just tell that he's lonely. Does anyone know where I can find one? I've checked Craigslist in my area and there aren't any  I've messaged a few people in other cities that I could drive to, but things just haven't worked out. :
I live in Evansville, IN. If anyone knows a breeder, has a glider for sale, or knows of a rescue in my area, let me know!
I'm willing to travel a couple of hours to get one.

I'm not too far from you. I have some rescues who will be available soon, and also some joeys IP.

I'd like a female joey, but if you don't have a female joey, I am definitely interested in a rescue. I'd provide a forever home. (:

I found a listing for babies, but they are in nashville, which would be a little over 2 hours for you

I'd be willing to do that! I just went to Gatlinburg for spring break last week and I've been wanting to spend some time in Nashville.

There's the link. There are 2 babies but they might be willing to do 1, I know they mention a rehoming fee but it might not be much, worth a try!

lol, I actually already contacted her! I'm seeing if I can work out a way to get there. They have an ad on this site that says they are from a different part of TN that's a little more than 3 hours away from me.

hey i can help you in that area i know this site that shows you pictures of other gliders in thier to cute in they even ship it to your airport in all you gotta do is show up to pick it up they seem really nice i was gonna go through them for my little one but i had a few things come up in i find someone close to me anyways if you want it i give you the email address to contact them in ill also give you more info on were to get one

Yes these are my babies and I do have an ad here as well.
I'm actually 2 hours from Nashville but can drive to meet someone in any direction. In the small out of the way area that I live in, there are no other gliders available so I have to advertise further away. But driving is no problem. Just message me here if you want to talk about either one of these girls. I'm sure we can work something out with meeting up.

someone is giving me a 3 year old glider this am because he is "too wild" if you are interested, let me know. i will know more about him by thursday evening. i am in louisville, ky and we can get together. he and his cage would be free
