A friend of mine asked if she could share her low cal bee jerky. I said no but wanted to double check with you guys. I don't see it anywhere at all whether it's safe or not. I figured since it seems so processed that it's a big NO. Thanks!

I wouldn't cuz beef jerky is usually so spicy and I think it may contain some garlic.

I have once when i was a very very new glider owner about a year ago. They got a tiny piece and ofcourse they loved it but wouldnt do it again now that i know better. Its full of salt and flavorings so its a no no.

The salt content is also something I'd be concerned with.
