Awww, what a great video. I love watching them actually glide. The gliders in that video must be Australian since they are considerably bigger than our gliders - which are from Indonesia.

I know...that one was so huge I held my breath as he launched thinking he was gonna SPLAT!
I think I kinda prefer our Indonesian babies....
I have a hard enough time trying to fit 5 in my shirt. Those big fat Australian ones whould never fit!

I noticed that.... I think those were a few different gliders and as you say, they were up during the day.... I think they are up and down thru the daytime and the evening, napping on and off. In reality they probably get some good and different food sources. Different bugs scurry around in the daytime than the ones at night. Gliders like a bit of varitety in their diet too.

So it is the size that is the difference between Australian and Indonesian gliders? I din't know.
