Chibi was having diarrhea for a few days so I took him to an exotics vet. The vet says that he has worms and dewormed him. He gave some antibiotics but when I fed Chibi according to the instructions, he vomits multiple times and I saw brown things in it!! Just this morning, I found blood in his poop! What should I do?

Is he drinking water? By 'brown things' do you mean worms, food or something else that he vomited up?
The blood in the poo is quite likely from him having diarrhea for so long and the bowl tract becoming irritated and inflamed. My biggest concern would be making sure he stays hydrated.
Do you have access to Pedialyte? If so pick some up asap and try to get him hydrated till the morning, because if in doubt I would always choose to take him back to the vet first thing...and don't take no for an answer! If he starts acting lethargic or refusing to drink/eat I would go immediately to a 24 hour vet and get a 'camel-back' which is subcutaneous fluids. Just about any emergency vet clinic can do this and it may be what he needs to hold him till morning.
Just my thoughts...

We are not vets, please take her to the vets as soon as possible, this is an emergency!

The brown things came from his vomit. The vet asked me to feed him glucose water but Chibi would just vomit it back out. In Malaysia, there are little to almost no exotic vets and I'm worried that most of them are closed today :(

I got that the brown things came from his vomit, but could you tell what they might have been, as in worms, food or totally unidentifiable?
Do you know the vet is closed for sure? Can you not take him back to the original vet? Don't give up. He at least can give him fluids and anti-nausea medication.
How long have you had him? Has he ever been to the vet before now? What do you feed him? How did he get the worms?
Lots of questions I know, but the better people understand the circumstances the better info can be given.

Do you have an emergency vet? This does not sound like something that can wait till monday. Dehidration can/will kill a glider if not taken care of quickly and the fact that he is vomiting is not helping matters. He needs help now.

Call your vet back and see if they can refer an emergency very. You can also check the vet map here up top under Resources.

I can't really identify them but they look like tiny specks of brown. He's been with my family and I for a month. No, he hasn't been to a vet before this. He eats baby food, worms and fruits. I'm not sure how he got the worms :/

There are not many emergency vets in Malaysia. And most of them have never even heard of a glider! :( The vet did not recommend any other exotics vet.

I hope someone with more experience can help you along, but their is not a lot I can think of for you to do. He really needs access to medical attention and all they can provide, like drugs. No emergency vets if any kind?
The best I could say is keep him warm and give him lots to drink. Pedialyte is good, if you can't get that you can flavor some water with gateraid or fruit juice to help encourage him to drink.
I don't know, I think I'd call the vet back and stress the emergency of the situation and see if the doctor can't make an exception for you. It's in their best interest to help you out both financially and in future patronage.

Even if they haven't heard of a sugar glider, they should be able to give him fluids.
Offer to pay for an international call to one of these consulting vets: http://www.sugargliderhelp.com/links/pages/Sugar_Glider_V...

Is this vet Glider knowledgable? I know they probably treat differently over there but I know when Kodah had worms he was given meds that I had to give him for 5 days, then repeat again in 14 days and they weren't antibiotics. Antibiotics aren't going to do anything for worms... they are for infections, not the killing of worms.
It sounds like this vet de-wormed him like they do dogs. One dose that pretty much can give them diarrhea to expel the dead worms.
