So, would it not be a good idea to get them out together and let them see eachother?

It depends how long they've been seperated. I'm guessing he's quite abit older than her? If he's never lived with her before he won't know she's his sister. She will just be another glider. So you should try and do proper introductions. Pouch swapping for a few days, don't just put her in his cage x

Renny is a female as well, and Nova is a baby. I think i will do the swapping and everything, but I was told that i could put them in my bathtub so they are on neutral territory and let them see eachother and see what happens.

It is suggested to do a month-long quarantine, and then go about switching pouches, cage sets, cages, etc etc so they can get used to the other's scent. It's also suggested, after quarantine, to put the cages near each other, so they can also get used to seeing, hearing, and smelling the other.
After all of that, then you do the tub thing.
Some people don't do quarantine if they have gliders from a reputable breeder, and the new one is also from a reputable breeder, and they are 100% sure no one has any parasites or anything like that. Parasites are communicable and often take a couple of weeks to show up, hence the quarantine. Sometimes illness takes a while to show up, too.
