My instant HPW finally arrived and my babies seems like it…for now.
I just store it in refrigerator like I store the BML(frozen to ice) , but after I heat up the HPW last night, it turn out to really dry glue from am I store it in the wrong way??
And I did ordered the glider bopater and Glider-cal just in case, is it still necessary feed as vitamin supply when I feeding instant HPW?

I think that the calcium ratio is already worked out in the HPW, the glider Booster however is a multi-vitamin, so you can still feed that alongside HPW.

Always remember, too much of something can be just as bad as too little x

If the diet you're feeding is rounded, you shouldn't need to add any additional supplements. Most of the time it isn't recommended to add supplements, as they can throw the diet off. Though, you may want to search the instant HPW here on the forums and see if it is a good diet or not. It isn't one that is highly spoken of, so it really can't hurt to look into it more.

Also, don't microwave it. Just let it thaw at room temperature. You can put it in the cage frozen, too, and the gliders will eat it as it thaws.

ive been feeding EN's instant HPW for about 6 months now and my suggies are doing great. I do use slightly less water than the recipe calls for just because its really runny. I know alot of people are weary of it because its new, but my babies seem to be eating it fine. My only word of advice is next time order as much as you can afford because you get a HUGE price cut with quanity.

You should not need to "heat up" the Instant HPW. It can be served frozen, it will thaw very quickly for your gliders to lap up.

Heating any of the HPW diet mixtures will likely alter some of the vitamins in it.

If it turned to 'glue' you probably have heated much of the water out of it and concentrated the honey making it sticky.

You do not need glider booster or supplements with it.

I store mine in a freezer safe sealed container and just scoop out the proper measurement per glider, by the time I stir it up, it's practically thawed. I usually serve it in 2 different locations, some in a bowl in the kitchen next to dish of f/v and some in a hanging bird feeder on side of cage.

I don't use the instant, but I think they freeze the same consistency.
