Im planning on making my own pouch for my suggies and thinking what other material i can use other than fleece unfortunately I couldnt find it on the market yet everyone tells me its "Out of season"

Denim and sturdy(quality) cotton are both safe IF sewn properly. Cotton pouches are still usually lined with fleece though, but you could do double layered denim.

JoAnn and Hancock both have fleece in store, and do year round. And they both also have websites.

You can also use flannel.

I got fleece blankets on sale at Walmart for $2.88! Also go to thrift stores to get flece blankets, scarfs, and clothes and use them as material. That is never out of season and it is a lot cheaper than bying material. I use all that stuff and make awesome pouches and toys for my boys.

My sister makes pouches out of sturdy canvas, usually from flour sack material and lines it with fleece.
