Whats the visual difference of a male neuter scar and a females pouch?

a female's pouch is usually on the middle of her belly (will be a smallish slit). A male's pom will be further down towards the back legs so a neuter scar would be down there.

A pom is the male's reproductive organ or his testicles. When they are neutered there are two ways to do it: pom on (where the testicles are removed from the sac but they leave the sac there) or pom off (where they cut off the pom completely testicles and all). Its harder to tell if a male is neutered when it is pom off. If you are not bonded you could try to check it out while he/she is jumping around in the cage or put him/her in a pouch and try to inspect once he/she falls asleep. If those dont work then id say wait till you are more bonded to try to check it out
Edit: you could also bring the glider to the vet, they should be able to tell if they are glider knowledgeable.

This may or may not help: took these just to try to show you the difference. These are pics from my neutered male and female gliders.
Here's my male: neutered (pom off) and no pouch

Here's my female: And you can clearly see a pouch there. (hasnt carried joeys)
My other female has carried two joeys, so her pouch is a lot more visible than my female who hasnt had joeys and never will. (see how obvious her pouch is - she was cleaning it when i took the pic)

awesome! I'm hoping to have 4 in the future and a huge cage. I just have to worry about bonding two more to my colony. Right now i'm bonding my two together now. They are sleeping in the bonding pouch together so I'm probably going to put them together the day after tomorrow. I actually got my first one for $75 $110 with cage. I got my second one for FREE with cage, accesories, and food. Also a scent remover! Haha i thought that was an awesome deal!
